Great stay. Very cool amenities & overall relaxed aura. Ray at the front desk went above and beyond & carried a great spirit that would make anyone feel welcomed. Anyone that gets to encounter him upon arrival is destined to have a perfect stay.

The whole experience from when I arrived to the day of my checkout. The indoor/outdoor pools and Jacuzzis are awesome. The over all atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.

Breakfast was amazing. Dinner at the splash bar was ordered but never arrived. I think it was just a mix up of waitress being too busy to check on food. She was making drinks non stop. Slept terrible. Not because the room or beds were uncomfortable. There was a party going on across the street. Pretty sure until 5am.

The location is a beautiful setting. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. We dined at the Southern Oaks restaurant for dinner and breakfast and enjoyed both meals. The food was delicious and the service was very nice.

The rooms are nice and clean and the balcony with pool views were just an added plus! Every member of the staff that I came in contact with was super nice and helpful. The pool area and Splash bar were our favorite and where we spent most of our time. This hotel has something for everyone!
